POSITION SUMMARY:
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for onboarding customers so they may successful use and quickly realize value with our products. He or she is expected to properly manage implementation projects according to the schedule, budget and with the expected capabilities fully in use at launch. This is accomplished by working closely with Customer Success Managers, Trainers, Engineers and Sales to properly understand the customer priorities, align company resources and efforts, and ensure an outcome of highly productive, satisfied customers. The ideal candidate has extensive, successful experience managing SaaS implementation project teams comprised of diverse skills across multiple locations.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Essential functions and primary duties may vary, but include:
4+ years of project management experience with SaaS implementations. Experience in workplace management is a plus. Must have demonstrated experience in successfully leading cross-functional teams on software projects that are on-time, within budget and according to customer and contractual expectations.
Education / Training:Bachelor’s degree. A technical or business discipline is preferred
