Human Resources Manager

StaffBuffalo is actively working with one of our fantastic clients to hire a Human Resource Manager, with salary depending on experience.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization that truly values their employees.  This Human Resources Manager will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and be an integral part of the leadership team and will be instrumental as the organization continues to grow.
 

The Human Resources Manager will handle various aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, legal compliance, and performance management.  The Human Resources Manager will, also, be responsible for updating and administering Human Resources policies and procedures and will be required to stay up to date with federal laws and regulations.  They will work closely with Managers and Staff to administer trainings and coaching.  The Human Resources Manager will assist on other aspects of Human Resources as requested by the Director of Human Resources.  The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, have an approachable personality, and adaptable to situations.  If you are looking for the next step in your Human Resources career, this is the position for you!   
 

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Adept at using HRIS and HCM software systems
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Related Field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Human Resources Certifications
