StaffBuffalo is actively working with one of our established companies in the Northtowns to hire a Human Resources Generalist, for $45,000/year - $50,000/year, depending on experience. This Human Resources Generalist will support many aspects of Human Resources and will assist the Human Resources Director, Human Resources Business Partners, and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This Human Resources Generalist will maintain and update personnel files, and will onboard and facilitate the new hire process. The Human Resources Generalist will support the talent acquisition process by pre-screening candidates and interviewing candidates for potential opportunities within the company. The Human Resources Generalist will have a professional and positive attitude, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines will be key traits that this successful Human Resources Generalist must possess!
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources setting
- Strong aptitude with HRIS and ATS systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR Certification
