Growing Norcross based manufacturer seeks an experienced Human Resources Assistant. Bilingual Spanish preferred with a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills with proven skills in onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruitment efforts for hourly personnel, including writing & placing job ads.
• Creating and revising job descriptions.
• Developing and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Performing benefits and payroll administration
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
• Overseeing exit interview.
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Participating in administrative staff meetings.
• Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
• Updating the company’s salary budget
• Developing the company’s evaluation program
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Maintaining the company’s handbook on policies and procedures

It may not look like much from the outside, but we like to think magic awaits you through the red front door.
