Responsibilities
Serves as primary contact for employees, retirees, and family member inquiries for assistance and information. The HR Operations Representative is responsible for resolution and general accountability for overall high-quality service and timeliness. Obtains and provides requested information or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer, or escalate issues in accordance with company and Wellstar HR Operation’s Center policies and practices. Must be flexible within hours of operation and willing to work occasional evening or weekend work as warranted. Maintains high degree of confidentiality.
The HR Operations Representative reports directly to the Director of Learning & Development. Key responsibilities of the role include: Responds to team member inquires, provides just-in-time resolution and escalates complex cases as needed.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or professional certification such as CPP, CEBS, PHR is preferred.
Required Minimum Experience:
1-2 years of customer service work experience, preferably in a Hu
man Resources contact center environment. Basic knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Practices and Services
Required Minimum Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to convey answer, issues and status changes in a clear, concise and effective manner. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the business. Ability to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions which have impact on people and quality of services
