You will be involved with various support activities in HR including recruiting and HR administration.
Support the talent acquisition team with job postings, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, sourcing candidates through a variety of techniques including social networking, professional and alumni associations, job boards and employee referrals.
Provide administrative support to the HR Managers with tasks such as New Employee Orientation, benefits inquiries, etc.
Participate in the group presentation at the end of the internship.
Perform other work-related duties, as assigned..
Pursuing BS/BA at an accredited college or university.
Majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related major.
Previous experience in working in a customer service-oriented role.
Previous experience with both MS Office and Google Office suites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Be legally allowed to work in the US (US citizen, green card, or F1 student visa holder).
Have the ability to intern in San Francisco, California, up to 30 hours a week, for a continuous 12 weeks in the summer. Start/End Dates: Monday, May 20 - Friday, August 9, 2019
Knowledge of Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system.
