Engaging others! You monitor the "pulse" of the culture to ensure a high level of team member happiness.
Working with people at all levels of the company. Because that's just what we do!
Oral and written communications.
Learning new things.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Recruit new team members!
Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions.
Conduct digital onboarding.
Support company safety initiatives.

DEFINITION OF SUCCESS AND IMPACT
Our team members come to work happy - and they leave happy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
HS diploma required; BS in management, HR or like-degree preferred.
3+ years of relevant HR experience required.
Expert in MS Office Suite.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
We keep it comfortable.
You'll have a desk, a chair, a phone and some office tools.
You'll have a computer.

WORK SCHEDULE
You'll be working Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5PM
