House Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

Delight ARRIVE’s guests by providing warm and memorable service to them throughout their stay. Protect the homeowner’s asset and costs by having all guests adhere to the individual property rules without distracting from the guests stay. Delight our homeowners by returning their homes to them a little better than you found it.

DUTIES:

• Become well versed and understand each home assigned.
• Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
• Become familiar with the instructions of use for pool equipment, home entertainment and electronics, kitchen appliances, location of items of request and other special needs of each home.
• Learn ARRIVE’s Standards and Employee/Contractor handbook and adhere to them always for the safety of you, our guests, and our homeowners.
• Enhances ARRIVE’s reputation by accepting ownership of accomplishing new and different requests, exploring new opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Responsible for assisting key management personnel in a variety of tasks, as a small business all members must contribute at the request of management roles possibly outside their current positions.
• Responsible for retention of customers through ongoing follow-up, assistance, recommendations, and general account management.
• Strive to be a curator of exceptional guest and owner experiences.
• Assisting with special events as needed.
• Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Understands and can communicate products and services available for the guests.
• Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must have a reliable car

• Must be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of guests.
• Must maintain a level of professionalism and communicate effectively.

• Must be able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times.
• Must handle guest complaints according to policies and procedures.
• Possess the highest work ethics, personal morals and honesty beyond reproach.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $15.00 /hour
