House Cleaning Technician

Sunsational Cleaning LLC is a Residential cleaning company servicing Southern Sarasota County including the Venice, Nokomis, North Port, and Englewood areas as well as Sarasota from Clark Road south along the Honore Avenue Corridor.

Sunsational Cleaning’s goal is to provide our cleaning professionals the opportunity to make an income for self and family while being part of a team that truly values their input and contribution.

This a part time working into full time position that will fill the need for a house cleaning technician.  This position may lead to full time for the right team member that displays the above qualities consistently.

No nights, weekends or major national holidays required.  The starting pay is $12/hour during training and evaluation which is approximately 30-35 hours.

Earning potential $600/week after training is based on performance and number of accounts cleaned per week.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of the entire home in a systematic efficient manner.
• Cleaning duties to include, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping etc.
• Communicating with management and team members pro-actively should any aspect of your cleaning not be completed.
• Following all health and safety regulations and procedures provided.

Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Able to transport assigned equipment and supplies in your own vehicle to include vacuum, mops, buckets, and all other associated supplies to perform the job.
• Must be able to care for your assigned equipment and supplies correctly.  This includes laundering, drying and folding the cleaning cloths, maintaining the vacuum and other equipment.
• Own or have access to reliable transportation on a daily basis..
• Speak and understand English.
• Own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably.
• Correctly and comfortably lift 35 lbs. without risk of injury.
• Be available to meet the variable daytime hour requirements between 9 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri.
