Home Services Specialist

We're searching for a hands-on, customer-service oriented Home Services Specialist to work directly with homeowners to resolve maintenance issues (including appliance, HVAC, and plumbing repairs.) You will service and grow your own territory and have the opportunity to take on increasing leadership within the organization.  

We're looking grow out our team of problem solvers! The ideal candidate will have at least one year of home service/maintenance experience (not required), but more importantly: a solution-first mindset, a passion for learning and growing, and a "get it done" attitude. Military veterans in particular are encouraged to apply!

You have an innate service ethic. If providing outstanding service comes naturally to you, you will truly enjoy this role and the culture we are trying to build. Again, while home maintenance experience is not required, the ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has the ability to quickly learn and teach others. If you bring the right attitude, we will provide all the training and technical tools needed for the role!

This is a very high-upside opportunity with a ton of upward mobility potential into leadership for the right candidate! Compensation starts at $50,000 (salaried, full-time) with a full benefits package.

 

Other qualifications:

• An Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required.
• Military leadership/experience is preferred, but not required if you have relevant skills in residential home repair/maintenance (HVAC, Appliance Repair, Plumbing, etc).  
• Specific home maintenance experience preferred but not required. Whether it's fixing Homes, Humvees, or Helicopters, what you're fixing matters less than simply having experience/passion for solving technical problems and troubleshooting (whatever the product might be). 
• Passion for serving others. 
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and pass pre-employment background
