Home Health LPN

Family Home Health Services, a Medicare certified Home Health Company with 16 Florida locations, has an opening for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Naples, Florida.

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

1) A current LPN license in good standing in the state of Florida
2) A minimum of 2 years experience as an LPN
3) At least 1 year HOME Care experience
4) Maintains current continuing education as required by state licensure
5) Working knowledge of State Statutes and Medicare guidelines for home health coverage and compliance
6) Proficiency in IV's
7) Active Florida Driver's License
