Home Health Aide

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Maintain patients care and be able to document provided services
• Assist patients with exercises like walking outside
• Provide companionship support
• Reporting any issues or significant changes to the client

Skills

• Proven working experience in the home care field.
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Demonstrates compassion, patience, and good personal relationships with others
• Being able to use equipment safely and properly

Needed Documentation for Hiring

• CPR card
• Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and reliable transportation
• Social Security Card
• Physical (less than 6 months old) and TB test (negative)

• Be able to pass the HHA test
• Pass a background check (ACHA database)
• HHA certificate
• HIV certificate
• Alzheimer's certificate (within 9 months of hire)

• Compensation: Based on experience
