Help Desk Support Specialist
Location: Phoenix/Scottsdale
6 month contract to hire opportunity
This position requires experience with MAC OSX and support of Apple MAC users
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in providing help desk support
•Proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Mac OSX
•Proficient on Apple, Android and Windows mobile devices
•Microsoft, CompTIA, Apple Certifications (preferred but not required)
•Strong client-facing and communication skills
•Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
•Customer service orientation
•Ability to travel 10%
•Ability to work after hours and on-call weekend rotation
