Heavy Equipment Mechanic (5 year)

To be considered you must have ALL of the following:

A MINIMUM of 3 years recent experience as a FULL TIME diesel mechanic in an equipment repair SHOP or as a FIELD TECH. (no backyard mechanics or operators or drivers who occasionally repair equipment, please.)
MASTER set of tools required to do the job
Valid driver's license in GOOD STANDING with NO OWI accepted
Minimum 2-3 years on John Deere, Komatsu, Caterpillar or Volvo Heavy Equipment
Tier 4 Training and or experience
NOTE ** Field Tech requires Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days
Formal Caterpillar Training or Factory Training from OEM

MUST have EXPERIENCE and PROFICIENCY in:
Troubleshooting
Diagnosing
Replace and Repair Parts and Minor or Major repairs

Specialty Tool/Computer Diagnostic

Strong aptitude and well-rounded abilities and skills in:

Diesel Engines
Hydraulic
Electrical Systems
