Hardware Computer Repair Technician

Use your expertise to:

• Understanding and maintaining company QA processes in detail
• Keeping organized records of repairs and project benchmarks
• Install, upgrade, and configure hardware components
• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
• Repair and/or replace computer parts internally/externally
• Reskin laptops & desktops
• Upgrade operating systems
• Perform test and audits with an overall evaluation
• Assist in basic warehouse duties with shipping, receiving, and proper documentation of paperwork
• Following company processes to help streamline workflow

What you need to bring with you:

• Basic mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking
• Problem-solving skills
• Proficient in database programming in software installation
• Experience with Break/Fix
• Willingness to cross-train
• CompTIA+ Certification preferred but not required
• Must have the physical abilities to lift 50+lbs. at one time, and the ability to stand for long extended periods at a time. This position may also require pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, sitting, stretching, and reaching
