Karisma Contour Body Spa and Salon is cutting-edge, fun and highly artistic. If you are an experienced, professional  Hair Stylist who thrives on creating beautiful styles to compliment the clients’ attributes, and loves interacting with others and providing exceptional service – then this is where you need to be. We offer booth rent for your established clientele.  If you are self-motivated, energetic, positive, goal-oriented and have a current cosmetology license, then we want to hear from you.
 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, coloring and styling
• Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
• Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends
• Help maintain adequate inventory of hair products and tools
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
• Collect payments for salon services performed
• In need of colorists, braiders, and lash specialists

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma/GED required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Current cosmetology license as required by state regulations
• Ability to listen and understand what the customer wants
• Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
• Skills to use a computer to track customer information
• Ability to present internally and externally
• 2+ years’ experience cutting and styling hair in a salon
• Established clientele
• Excellent communication, paramount customer service skills and exceptional work ethic
• Dedication to great customer service
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings
• Bilingual is preferred but not required
