The duties of the Teacher would include but not be limited to:
• Educate and support students to help them accomplish their learning benchmarks.
• Plan lessons that target specific skills and concepts.
• Creating, assigning, and grading various assessments for students, including tests.
• Develop lesson plans and successfully instruct students in theories, methods, and tasks.
• Manage classroom behaviors to keep students engaged in the lesson.
• Provide individual support and feedback to students.
• Effectively communicate with students, complex ideas, clear objectives for lessons.
• Practicing active listening skills to understand and adapt to students various learning needs.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interest and learning styles of the students.
• Encourage students to explore learning opportunities and career paths.
• Work one-on-one with students when they need extra help or attention.
