• Provide passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement 
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation 
• Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication and commitment 
• Promote company programs and services- loyalty program, printing, embroidery, etc. 
• Provide register coverage to ensure strong customer service standards are met 
• Ensure customers receive outstanding service by adhering to and enforcing customer service programs 
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the store 
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation of the best apparel and equipment brands
