We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Mid-Level Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Mid-Level Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that directly impact national security and contribute to the advancement of aerospace technology. This role requires a strong foundation in software development principles and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, efficient and reusable code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers. Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues. Participate and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, production deployment, testing and maintenance. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team. Keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices. Support the implementation of software development best practices, including code documentation, configuration management, and version control.

Qualifiers:

U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, bootstrap). Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices and experience with agile development software. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts. Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, delivering high-quality software solutions on time and on budget.
