Position: Full-Cycle Commission-Only Sales Representative (OOH & TV Advertising)
Location: Remote — Territories Available in FL, GA & TX (Other States Considered)
Compensation: 100% Commission | 20% Upfront + 10% Residuals (first 6 months) on each deal

As we expand, we need experienced, entrepreneurial sales pros who — just like us — are laser-focused on results and eager to earn uncapped commissions.


What You’ll Do (Full-Cycle / 100% Commission Role)
  • Prospect & Lead Generation (50% of Role)
    • Build your own pipeline: cold-call, cold-email, and LinkedIn outreach to identify SMBs and mid-market clients (restaurants, auto dealers, medical offices, real estate, etc.) in your territory.
    • Qualify leads via BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure they have the minimum ad spend (preferably $1,500/mo).
    • Leverage our partial lead lists, marketing assets, and CRM (HubSpot) to accelerate prospecting; you’re expected to generate new MQLs (qualified leads) per month and close roughly $1M in revenue annually.
  • Discovery & Solution Design (20%)
    • Conduct discovery calls or on-site visits weekly to uncover each prospect’s unique challenges (foot traffic, brand awareness, local visibility).
    • Present tailored OOH/TV solutions (billboards, digital boards, cable/local broadcast packages) that align with the client’s budget (starting at $500/mo for billboards; $1,500+/mo for combined OOH/TV).
    • Draft custom proposals via our branded templates (provided), including creative mock-ups, media schedules, and performance projections
  • Negotiation & Closing (20%)
    • Negotiate pricing, placement locations, and contract terms (6-month minimum).
    • Secure commitments: close an average of $75,000 in revenue per month (roughly $1M annually for first year).
    • Meet or exceed your monthly bookings target (approximately $175K–$200K in gross media sold) to hit stretch earnings.
  • Campaign Handoff & Upsell (10%)
    • Coordinate with our creative team to ensure smooth ad-design and placement.
    • Follow up in Months 1–3 to verify client satisfaction, optimize placements, and identify expansion opportunities (e.g., adding digital boards or TV spots).
    • Earn 10% residuals for the first 6 months on every deal you close—giving you recurring income.

  • Competitive Commission Structure:
    • 20% of a new contract’s first-month media spend (e.g., $300 on a $1,500 deal).
    • 10% residuals for the next 5 months (e.g., $150 × 5 = $750 total).
      • Example: A $1,500/mo deal nets you $300 upfront + $750 in residuals = $1,050 on a single client. If you close 5 such deals, that’s $1,500 in commissions that week—and $3,750 recurring in residuals (paid monthly).
  • Fast-Payout Option: Eligible reps can process commissions via Stripe Connect Instant Payouts (minutes, for a small fee) so you never wait weeks for payment.
  • High-Value Case Studies: Real ROI stats: “Local diner saw +20% walk-ins in 2 months”; “Auto dealer generated 400 calls from one digital billboard board” — use these to close deals faster.

Who We’re Looking For (Requirements)
  • Minimum 2–3 Years B2B Media Sales Experience: Direct experience selling billboard, OOH, or TV ad space—preferably with full-cycle responsibilities (prospecting to close).
  • Proven Track Record: You’ve closed at least $1 million in gross media bookings in a 12-month period.
  • Hunter Mentality: You’re resourceful, self-motivated, and thrive on cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn). You generate most of your own leads.
  • Exceptional Communicator & Negotiator: You can navigate complex buying committees, handle price objections, and close decisively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and dialing tools like Apollo.io.
  • Local Market Knowledge: You understand your region’s OOH landscape (which corridors get the most traffic, key TV stations, local ad regulations).
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re comfortable on 100% commission—if you close, you earn big; if you don’t, you don’t.

What Sets Your Earnings Potential Apart
  • 100% Commission Model with zero cap on earnings. Top performers in this role earn $200K–$300K+ annually (at 10%–20% commission on $2 million+ in bookings).
  • Rapid Ramp: Reps typically book their first deal within 15-30 days. Even without a base, you’ll likely cover your expenses if you close 2–3 (MRR: $1,500) deals in Month 1.
  • Generous Residuals: Beyond your upfront cut, you get 10% each month for the first 6 months, building a mini “residual income” while you hunt for new deals.
  • Territory Growth: As you prove yourself, you can claim larger territories or higher-value accounts—driving even higher earnings.

Q: Am I restricted to one territory?
A: Yes—once you claim metro area in one of our operating states (Most common: FL, GA, TX), you have priority there. High performers/qualified sales reps can earn multi-state expansions.
