Primary Responsibilities:
- Pick items for client orders accurately and quickly
- Properly prepare, pack and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials in a timely manner.
- Meet pick and pack productivity expectations
- Leverage appropriate escalation tools to solve process and/or guest issues; notify leader(s) as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures
