Front Desk Office Assistant
Position Summary: This individual would need to be able to handle a variety of clerical duties that support general office administration and facility operations. Responsible for the professional and efficient handling of telephone calls and messages and greeting visitors.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Detailed oriented, Proactive, Ability to Multi-task
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to multitasks
Exercise extreme discretion and independent judgment
