Front Desk Receptionist

Our office has been servicing the local community for ten years with high tech equipment and concierge level service! With state of the art technology and exceptional knowledge we are able to prevent, diagnose, monitor, and treat countless diseases in Caldwell County. By design, we offer only the most exclusive frames and accessories allowing our patients to leave our office with healthy, happy, and stylish eyes!

Roles and responsibilities:

-Be the first point of contact for every patient, vendor, visiting physician, and Vision Source partner that enters the building.

-Check patients in utilizing our Crystal EMR software

-Monitor patient flow ensuring on time appointments

-Explain insurance benefits to patients

-Collect payment

-Support fellow staff members
