Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

•  Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Notifies physician of patient arrivals
• Informs patients by answering or referring inquiries
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulation
• Supports continuity among office by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

• High School level or GED 
• Customer Service experience preferred
