Front Desk Receptionist

Barbizon USA is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic Part Time Receptionist. This position requires excellent listening skills, customer service skills, and the ability to follow directions. We are looking for someone who has the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and has a positive and professional demeanor. The position will require the availability to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
• Answer, screen, and direct calls on multiple phone lines
• Ability to assist with administrative work
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Our work environment is very fast paced, therefore a strong candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
