Front Desk Coordinator

Busy medical practice in NW OKC is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator. Responsibilities include checking patients in for appointments as well as checking them out after appointment, preparing charts and ensuring all documents are included, schedules appointments, greets visitors and filing.
 

Must be polished, highly organized and capable of multi-tasking. Friendly demeanor is necessary. Bilingual candidates will be given preference.
 

Previous reception, office administration and clerical experience preferred. Fluent in Spanish desired.
 

Position is full-time M-F. Competitive pay and benefits package, including 401k.
