JOB SUMMARY: The Front Desk Coordinator will handle a wide range of administrative support and oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice. The Front Desk Coordinator ensures that all patients feel welcome to the practice and schedules patient appointments in a professional, accurate, and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, solid judgment, discretion, and effective written and verbal communications. The Front Desk Coordinator must be proactive in anticipating and prioritizing the business needs of the team, and helps to facilitate an efficiently run office through time management, productivity, and initiative.
