Front Desk Clerk

Currently seeking customer service superstars for morning shifts.
 

Duties include:

• Providing outstanding customer service
• Taking reservations
• Checking reservations in and out
• Minor concierge services
• Maintain a clean and organized desk and lobby area
• Maintaining data cleanliness
• Trouble shooting and solving guest issues
• Complaint resolution
• Creating a team environment
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma equivalent or higher
• Previous experience in customer service
• Outstanding work ethic
• Hotel experience preferred but not required
