Hyannis Harbor Hotel in Hyannis, MA is seeking self-motivated, energetic, customer service driven candidate to join our team at the Front Desk. Shifts vary each week, 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. The Front Desk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting guests with their needs from the very start of the check in process and throughout their stay at Hyannis Harbor Hotel.
 

Seeking candidates for a Year Round Full Time or Part Time opportunities for Candidates with Customer Service experience and an Upbeat Attitude is Great! Responsibilities include completing guest Check In and Check Out, answering questions about the Local Area, Cape Cod and Nantucket; resolving guest issues that may arise during your shift. Handling of Cash and Credit Cards. Additional responsibilities may be required.
