Pay: $12/hour to start, raises available
Schedule: Monday and Thursday 7:45am-6pm, Tuesday Wednesday and Friday 7:45am-5pm, Saturday 7:45am-12pm noon

Summary: A local tire service company is seeking a front counter person to assist with daily customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

•  Answering the phone
•  Taking detailed messages
•  Providing excellent customer service
•  Utilizing the computer and inputting data into company software
•  Providing customers with information about products and services
•  Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

•  High school diploma or GED
•  Must possess excellent phone skills and be customer service oriented
•  Must possess basic computer skills
•  Ability to be around animals (company has an office cat, and customers are allowed to bring in pets)
•  Must be reliable and willing to learn
•  Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and random drug testing
