Neal Trucking LLC is seeking freight sub-agents who have the desire to learn and build a customer base and book of business. No experience is needed. Independent agents work virtually remote from home. Our freight agency is in partnership with Trinity Logistics, one of the largest freight brokerages in the country and our goal is to continue to grow and expand our reach throughout the US.

As an independent freight sub-agent, we will train and develop you to solicit freight services to potential shippers, manufacturers, distributors, etc. with the intent to arrange and monitor the transport of their freight to its destination. We provide all your back-office support so that you can focus on selling & moving freight. Plus, we offer protection for our sub-agents from financial risks through our broker partner Trinity-Logistics.

Requirements:

• Any customer service and sales experience are preferred.
• Self-motivated and customer service-oriented.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Home office, computer, internet, phone and email is required.
• Must be a fast learner and be comfortable using various software.
• Candidate must enroll in our Freight Agent mentoring and training program to be considered.
• There will be an upfront investment involved for required training before onboarding.
• Earn while you learn with hands on training.
• Must have a desire to learn the trucking industry and terminology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate your own pipeline of leads to call or visit in person with the purpose of soliciting our products and services.
• Follow up with leads with an in person visit to their office, by phone, or email with the intention of closing the sale.
• Contact or follow up with leads that is generated from our online marketing efforts.
• Assist with on boarding a new customer by having them complete a credit application that we provide.
• Submit completed credit applications to us to start the client on-boarding process. 
• Assist in training new freight agents with the opportunity of advancement and leading a team.

As Neal Trucking LLC continues to build and grow as a company, we strive to beat our competition by providing our shipper clients with superior service that will give them no choice but to do business with us. We currently employ a team of remote dispatchers that work from home to service our owner operators that are leased under our authority. This is a new service that we are fully providing throughout the United States without the risk of directly owning assets. We assist and manage our owner operator assets without carrying all of the liability.
