Job Description

The team member must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lift-truck operator in a warehouse environment is preferred.

• Previous Level 2 lift-truck experience preferred.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

• Experience with radio-frequency warehouse management systems is preferred.

• Operational knowledge in a WMS/Tasking environment.

• Must be able to work in a team-based environment.

• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate in English with internal and external customers/resources.

• Customer focused and ability to work with and communicate with internal and external customers.

• Attention to detail is critical.

• Able to demonstrate good math aptitude.

• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.

• Must be able to work overtime (including weekends).

• Must be able to support functions at the Plant Operations as needed.

• Must be able to train temps and new hires on WMS as needed.

• Must be able to support Housekeeping as needed.

• Must be able to perform administrative record duties as may be required
