Job Description:
Job purpose
To educate homeowners of what to expect during the Foreclosure Process and present them with options that may delay or stop (temporarily or permanently) the foreclosure process or resolve it altogether.
Duties and responsibilities
- Visit pre-determined homeowners who are in the pre-foreclosure phase
- Inform homeowners of their foreclosure status
- Educated homeowners on the foreclosure process and what to expect in the near future
- Offer options that may lead to solutions
- Act as liaison between homeowners and underwriters and acquisition teams
- Conduct weekly follow up with each homeowner
- Utilize iREALMS system to document all activity, communications and correspondence related to homeowner
Qualifications
- Experience in the Real Estate or Mortgage industry is preferred
- Consulting, counseling experience a plus
- Veterans welcome
- No experience is required. Will train the right candidates
- Must have professional appearance
- Must be articulate and able to communicate effectively
- Must have reliable transportation
Working conditions
THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY (1099) POSITION. THE POSITION WILL REQUIRE YOU TO SIGN AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT.
