Job Summary
We are looking to partner with individuals who want to go through a competitive training program to become a Financial Advisor. The ideal candidate values freedom, flexibility, loves helping people, has a natural interest in financial services and is extremely entrepreneurial minded. This is NOT a "punch in/punch out" type of job! This is a performance based and extremely lucrative in compensation! Can make additional income as part-time and/or career move into full-time. Job Responsibilities

• Video meet with new/potential clients/business partners when necessary to discuss or update their current insurance needs, financial goals, or financial strategies to provide tailored financial advice.
• Anticipate and answer client questions in terms that are easy to understand, providing the client with the proper resources for supplemental information.
• Make recommendations as needed on investments, financial strategies, and insurance policies.
• Undergo necessary licensing course and continuing training and education to remain up-to-date on the latest investment plans, financial practices, financial trends and state/local/federal regulations and laws.
• Remain current on latest marketing trends and performance to make sure client plans are adequate and responsive, suggesting changes and actions as necessary.
