Position Overview:
The Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing on-site construction activities for general contracting remodels and insurance remediation/restoration projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression and timely completion.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors to address any concerns, requests, or modifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among all on-site personnel.
- Document project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan to keep stakeholders informed and updated.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to construction crews and junior staff members as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and promote repeat business opportunities.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field, with a focus on general contracting remodels and insurance remediation/restoration projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
