Day-to-day:
· Visit 3-5 client sites daily for ticket resolutions responding to SLA's
· Troubleshoot hardware/ software
· Provide technical support to retail clients
· Supporting clients within a 50-mile radius of Toledo, OH
Skills:
· Mechanically inclined wants to “get their hands dirty”
· Willing to learn, eager to work
· Able to manage their schedule and route independently
· POS experience is a + but not required
