Field Organizer

Job Description:
North Shore Strategies is seeking Field Organizers to work in districts across the New York Metropolitan Area contacting voters. The Organizers will be responsible for volunteer training and coordination, candidate visibility, business outreach and staff management. Candidates with at least one cycle of campaign experience, and a valid driver’s license will be given preference.

Requirements

Absolute confidentiality with regard to all aspects of the campaign
The ability to comprehend messaging for and articulate issues related to the campaign
Regular communication of progress and submission of daily reports
Adherence to schedule and punctuality
The ability to communicate electronically at all times while working
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to schedule 7 days in advance
The ability to remain on feet and walk for extended periods of time
