We are a growing HR Consulting Firm seeking to hire a Marketing-Sales Associate to promote our brand in Bloomfield. If you are competitive and like to win, we'd love for you to join our award-winning team!
This is an inside-outside sales/marketing position in which you are networking with local companies within a defined geographic territory and interfacing with your team of staffing specialists on a daily basis.
The main goal of this position is to help companies understand how we can help them in the areas of HR, employment, and leadership.
Job Duties:
- Develop and follow Marketing/Sales Plan to generate new business
- Interact with marketing and recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction
- Network with Local Businesses
- Business to Business (B2B) sales (NO residential calls)
- Develop leads
- Contact local companies to set appointments
- Conduct service reviews and safety tours
- Develop marketing/sales proposals and respond to RFPs
- Basic data entry
- Ability to perform market research using a variety of platforms
- Generate New Business
- Prepare and execute a sales/marketing program.
- Effectively work with and communicate with internal team.
Do you have the following requirements/experience?
- At least 2 years of work experience in a sales or marketing environment
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude
- Trade-show familiarity
- Understanding of common business practices and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office- typing and data entry ability
- Ability to talk on the phone and call internal and external customers
- Reliable Transportation
- Networking/marketing with local companies in the B2B field
- Strong Desire to Succeed
- Team player who will also be an individual contributor
- Adaptability in a growing and evolving company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Benefits: Competitive Base Salary ($40,000 BASE, Aggressive Commission Structure with no CAP (avg commission is typically $5,000-$60,000 annually), PTO, Medical Benefits, 401K, Mileage Reimbursement, Gym Membership!
