We perform Floor-plan audits and Leasing Inspections. We are currently looking for field inspectors, located in the vicinity of Albany to perform floor-plan audits, primarily at commercial business locations.

* Responsibilities include: *

- Contacting businesses and scheduling inspections within given timeframe.

- Traveling varying distances to conduct inspections.

- Utilizing Revoquest software to complete reports.

- Identifying equipment, locating serial numbers and documenting any damage.

- Photographing equipment, the business and any serial numbers.

- Interviewing the business contact individual following the inspection.

- Submitting completed reports within given timeframe.

* At a minimum the ideal contractor will meet the following criteria: *

- Must obtain, or be willing to obtain, an Android or iOS based smart phone or tablet.

- Have a flexible schedule, including weekday business hours.

- Be located within 25 miles of the designated location Albany.

- Have reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license.

- Have professional business appearance, demeanor and good communication skills.
