    The work:

    - Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external (customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules

    - Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation

    - Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design

  • Job Qualifications

    - Trained Appian development

    - Proficient related experience


    One more thing, this role requires US Citizenship and no Dual


    Bonus points if you have:
    - Appian Level 1 or 2 credential

    - Familiarity with web services, FTP, JMS, and other web integration technologies

    - Background in user experience, UI design, or HCI

    - Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum

    - Prior software or platform experience, ideally in a Portal or BPM related setting

    - A Bachelor’s degree with a preferred concentration in computer science, computer engineering, or technical field.
     

     

    As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,300 – $112,399 and information on benefits offered is here.

    An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
