The Fast Food Restaurant Manager provides additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant. Focal points include:
- Driving excellence in customer service
- Maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications
- Supervising food handling procedures and operational processes
- Exercising basic, shift-to-shift financial control to meet the restaurant profit margin targets
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience (QSR/Fast Food preferred), experience running shifts without supervision. We will consider grocery and convenience store managers seeking a career in Fast Food Restaurant Management.

- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses for all level management positions.
- Salary information:
- Assistant Restaurant Managers: Up to 45K base salary
- Restaurant General Managers: Up to 55K base salary
- Shift Managers: Up to $14.50 per hour + weekly overtime.
