Facebook ads Specialist

About this role:

The focus of this role is to build, manage, and scale Facebook(main) ad campaigns that meet or exceed designated campaign Key Performance Indicators for our customers. You will accomplish this by build, maintain, troubleshoot, and scale Facebook ad campaigns without our supervise.

The ideal Facebook Ad Manager has HIGH attention to detail. Additionally, they are able to spot trends, problems, and opportunities for their accounts.

You should be eager to get your hands dirty in the data to spot problems and proactively recommend solutions.

You are free to complete your work from anywhere you choose. The only requirements are a reliable internet connection, a distraction-free work environment, a computer, and a web camera. Although you may live and work anywhere you choose, you will be required to attend a few inner meetings during US-based business hours and can respond to the slack channel in a fast manner, like 30mins or less.
 

• You will receive a monthly recurring fee (around $400-600) per client and run the Facebook campaign for them.
• You will need to hit the goal within that fee.
• The higher result you can get with lesser acquisition fee, the more you earn.
• The rest fee is yours :)
• We can close around 2-4 "NEW" clients per week, ideally. Once we refined our team then we will double the amount in the next few months. 
• If you can't take any more new clients just let us know.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Facebook manager.
• Complete understanding of all available numbers in the Facebook Ad Manager dashboard.
• Mastery of interpreting numbers as it relates to real world traffic flows in a campaign.
• Ability to spot problem areas in a campaign and bring them to account team’s attention.
• HIGH reliability and attention to your campaigns under management.
• Facebook ad campaign construction and maintenance
• Know the FaceBook SOPs inside and out for building campaigns to specifications
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Automation in Zipier,CRM's, and Email Drip Campaigns experience a plus.
