Eyelash Extension Technician

Lash Club is hiring an experienced advanced lash technician!  We are looking for an individual who has some sort of lashing experience for this position.  We believe in a “one- service” salon. Eyelash extensions is our expertise and this will be the one field we will always be focusing on to be the BEST.  Join the best lashing tribe in Portland!

• (1) are an experienced lash technician and looking for a nice professional workplace to build your clientele. 
• (2) have been lashing at home here and there as “hobby” over 6 months and now ready to take lashing as your next career
• (3) have lashed on at least 10 models in last month and seeking a professional environment to learn and grow more.  

Requirements:

• Oregon Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Must be available at least 20 hours a week including evenings and weekends.
• Should be able to complete a classic full set within 2 hours 30minute. If you know Volume and Mega Volume application, it is PLUS:

Description:

This is an employment opportunity ( not an independent contractor)  Your daily responsibility will be opening the studio, welcome and checking-in clients, delivering the service, check-out clients, take payment,  clean your workstation and close the studio. Our studios are set up to see 1 or 2 clients at once. This unique private setting allows you to really focus on “clients” and “lashing.”  

Compensation:

Commission 40%-50%, depending on your experience and skill level.  10% from retail sales. Tips are all yours. Minimum wage is guaranteed for training, meetings, and during assigned shift hours.
