Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic talent acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Duties

• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Engage in social media management to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
• Assist in negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding processes for new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Support training development initiatives to enhance the skills of hiring teams.
• Conduct employee evaluations and assist in employee relations efforts to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Process timecard and invoices.
• Manage background and drug testing status.

Qualifications

• Some experience in recruiting or HR coordination roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Indeed or similar applicant tracking systems is highly desirable.
• Strong social media management skills to attract top talent effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for candidates while aligning with company policies.
• Experience in recruiting not required.
• Strong relationship management abilities to foster collaboration across departments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
