Experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders & Crew Members

Do you have a clean MVR, valid Drivers License and great Lawn Maintenance skills? Are you looking for a company where you can succeed & progress quickly?

These are permanent positions and we are looking for candidates who are organized, work efficiently, to a high standard and take pride in their work.

We are expanding our business and setting up more crews to take on the constant flow of new clients, coming on board every day.

Candidates for Crew Member position should be

• presentable & able to interact with clients.
• able to follow instruction & be respectful of others.
• reliable & have good time keeping.

Candidates for Crew Leader position must, in addition to the above,

• have strong leadership qualities.

• inspect each property at the end of the job to ensure high quality results every time.
• have experience of backing a truck/trailer combo.
• be able to train & mentor crew members to help them progress.
