We are looking for an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk that is a multi-tasker.
Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
• Processing of New and Used Car deals
• Other duties may be assigned based on company needs as the position evolves with the industry.
• Previous automotive dealership experience is required
• Reynolds knowledge a plus
• Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and people skills - both written and verbal.
•Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lien-holder paid off before processing title applications.
•Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
•Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
•Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller at the end of month.
•Keeps updated of all the GM incentives and verifies when breaking down deal and maintains incentive schedule.
•Able to do other accounting duties in the office as assigned.
•Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.

•Title work Ensures that necessary controls are in place to safeguard dealership assets Oversees additions and modifications to inventor Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulation Maintains effective employee relation
QUALIFICATIONS
•In-depth knowledge of the Reynolds & Reynolds preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
