ERP Security Administrator

Miami Dade College, Kendall Campus is now accepting applications for ERP Security Administrator. The ERP Security Administrator administers, develops, and maintains College’s ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) Security environment. This position configures and deploys Security to each instance within the Production and Non-Production environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Executes security related processes to update/maintain the ERP Security structure
• Creates & maintains user profiles, roles, permission lists based on transactions processed, processing approved system   
• Evaluates ERP upgrades for impact on security configuration and mitigates unintended consequences and maintain documentation 
• Manages workflow security and troubleshoot errors
• Generates security reports related to users, roles, permission lists, department level access 
• Assists in annual audit reviews of ERP application, responds to inquiries from internal and external auditors
• Works with the development and administration teams on testing and migration of security objects 

Requirements:

• A minimum of five (5) years administrative experience with PeopleSoft
• All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
