SUMMARY:
Our client is a manufacturer of sanitary metal fabricated process capital equipment.
We seek to fill a Maintenance Specialist position. The candidate will perform a variety of maintenance and repair work to production equipment, tool room equipment, requiring a broad knowledge of maintenance skills and general facilities.
MUST HAVE experience in Laser Cutting (Fiber and/or CO2)
I also strongly desire to experience working with other sheet metal equipment: bending /breaking, punching, etc.
This is a salaried position. Overtime may be requested and would be paid at a normal rate.

Major Responsibilities:
5. Assist Manufacturing Engineering on new equipment installations, equipment moves, upgrades, and other project aspects requiring maintenance.
6. Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery, small tools, as well as mechanical equipment used in production and related services.
7. Complete & maintain all required paperwork of maintenance logs and files, at lead person level.
8. Responsible for strict adherence to all company/departmental policies and procedures related to safety.
9. Other duties as assigned or required
Job Requirements:
· DESIRE Associate’s degree in Maintenance or related field; and five (5) years of relevant experience in a metal and fabrication environment; exceptional experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
· Experience with laser, press brake, robotics, PLC, leader logic and pneumatics required.
· Ability to read and understand detail blueprints, mechanical drawings and symbols, assembly drawings, elementary electrical schematics, pneumatic schematics, and hydraulic schematics
· Familiar with machine lubrication, continuous improvement of machine PM’s and maintenance lubrication practices
· Ability to operate various tools and equipment to including: hand and power tools, metal fabrication equipment, welding equipment, plumbing equipment and variety of measuring equipment.
· Ability to troubleshoot equipment and tooling machinery
· Ability to perform advanced shop mathematics; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
· Ability to work (paid) overtime when required
Our client is a distributor of building materials in the US. They have four production sites in the greater Midwest area. This position would be based in Central Wisconsin. There is a relocation package available.

The Industrial Maintenance Engineer’s focus is to apply engineering concepts for the optimization of equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve better maintainability, reliability, and availability of equipment. It is the responsibility of the Industrial Maintenance Engineer to manage the company’s Asset Management (Maintenance) system.
