Requirements:

• Epic RTE Certification
• Epic Cadence/Prelude Certifications
• Epic RTE Build Experience (2+ years)
• Must be accepting of a permanent position
• Extensive implementation, support, and maintenance
• Strong technical build resource with excellent communication skills
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Support RTE for professional billing conversions from other practice management applications

 Essential Duties/Responsibilities 

• Convert existing connect customers from the existing practice management system to Epic’s Professional Billing
• Daily review and troubleshooting of customer reported issues, resolve defects, and communicate to tiers 1&2 the resolution 
• Strategize on best build solutions for application optimization, build, test, demo, and document assigned enhancements, special projects, and checklists
• Be a team player on the configuration analyst team that is responsible for Cadence, Prelude & RTE build tasks for new connect customers
• Support cutover weekend tasks and support customers remotely the week of go-live and thereafter
