Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, coachable, and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Financial Services Representatives. This role involves educating families on financial concepts, providing customized solutions, and guiding clients toward their long-term goals. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and sponsor state-required licenses.
Educate clients on financial concepts such as life insurance, investments, retirement planning, and debt solutions
Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to understand client needs
Provide personalized recommendations based on company-approved financial strategies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Attend weekly training sessions and professional development meetings
Work independently while actively participating in team mentorship
Optional: Build and develop a sales team for additional compensation
